Policy Updates taking effect 7/22/16:
The $15 meeting fee paid by members does not cover the full cost of the dinner. The difference is covered by our sponsors/vendors. All attendees must register and pay for meetings by Monday at 9 PM the week the meeting is to be held to get the discounted registration fee.
Members are also given the option of pre-paying for the remainder of the year at $15/meeting.
If we don’t accurately estimate how many people are coming to our meeting the District loses money! There is NO unpaid RSVP option.
Our regular meeting series for 2017-18 year:
September - May (8 regular meetings)
Total cost for the year $120.00
$105.00 Discounted price if paid by September 11th at 9 pm gives you one free meeting.
Note: this includes our regularly scheduled 8 CE meetings but does not include any holiday parties or mixers
The discount will continue to decrease over the first three meetings until the benefit will just be that you don't have to preregister.
Payment Option 1:
Upon paying for the year through our online payment system, you are considered RSVP’d for these upcoming meetings. If you later choose not to come to the meetings, your payment becomes a donation and cannot be transferred, refunded, or applied to future meetings.
Payment Option 2:
Continue paying meeting by meeting through the online system (PayPal). Payments received after Monday at 9 PM will be charged $10 extra across the board at every payment level. If you later choose not to come to the meeting, your payment becomes a donation and cannot be transferred, refunded, or applied to future meetings.
For your consideration:
-OCD/CCA members pay $15 by 9 PM the Monday before the meeting, $25 after the cut-off or at the door*
-CCA (not OCD) members pay $30 by 9 PM the Monday before the meeting, $40 after the cut-off or at the door*
-Non-CCA members pay $40 by 9 PM the Monday before the meeting, $50 after the cut-off or at the door*
*Payments for meetings are non-refundable and not transferable to future meetings.
